Easy to fix it to the chair back. Feeling comfortable for sitting a bit long. Not to forget adjustment for obtaining best support from it. The air ventilation will be good too especially in summer time. It's worth it to own one.

I am currently a chiropractic student and have terrible posture (yes, ironic, I know) and am working really hard to adopt a pro-spine working habit (since I spend exorbitant hours studying) and must also encourage patients to do so. This backrest has been helping me a bunch lately and it is super comfortable. At its price, this is definitely your best bet at adopting ergonomic sitting habits, and as a chiropractic student and future Doctor, this is definitely recommended for your spinal cord and thus your overall well-being!

I am still getting used to using this product - I am not sure if it is helping - but it's not hurting so that's a bonus! Thanks

WOW!!!!! This is a great product. I purchased two on sale for my wife and I for the home office. My only regret is that I didn't purchase two more for our soft couch. Makes working on the desktop PC much easier.

This backrest support is the best i have. I brought one few weeks ago for my office chair and now the 2nd one for home. It fits most and very easy to install.

The device is too tall. I am 6 feet tall and it digs into my back under my shoulder blades. After I've been sitting for a while, my lower back begins to hurt and the backrest causes more pain until I have to remove it. I have tried starting with short periodsand gradually lengthening the time I use it, but it doesn't help. It is unusable.

Very good for back problems at home and in vehicle. Came fully assembled even though it comes with assembly instructions. Ready to go out of the box, has a height adjustment for different seat shapes.

Great to use as backrest- can use in car or chair. Adjustable and fits on chair with straps to adjust.
