Quite good results & very compact. I love the dual Keurig cup/grinds basket. My only criticism of the unit comes from opening the reservoir lid right after a cup is made. It spits like an angry cat! No hot water pops up to hit me in the face, or anything like that. Just the sound. I've found that if I wait a short time it's not as bad. It can be managed.

Can use either k cups or ground coffee.. its basic coffee can't choose the coffee strength and coffee is not as hot as I would like..but it's small sized.. easy to use and does one cup of coffee at a time. The height of the base can be moved which is good. Unfortunately. I dont think the ground coffee is good.

Nice small coffee maker for the boardroom, quieter than our current one, which was my only requirement. Only makes 1 size of coffee, 12 oz. 1st cup takes a few minutes, makes 2 cups, maybe 3. We have only ever made 1 cup. Seems to make a good hot cup of coffee. Love that it can use pods or ground coffee. Works for what we wanted it to do. We do not make a lot of coffee in the boardroom.

Because of the low price, I thought I would give this coffee maker a try. After unpacking and looking at the coffee maker, I decided it was not well designed and I are-packaged it and donated it to a local thrift store. It was nice and lightweight, suitable for travel. The coffee pod insertion procedure looked a little awkward, certainly not at all as easy or convenient as our current Keurig coffee maker, which we are not all that fond of. I would not recommend this coffee maker for a daily user.
