Nice and sturdy feeling, but it doesn't come with assembly instructions. Comes with 2 packs of screws and nuts, 1 pack for assembly and 1 pack is the rack nuts and screws. The screws are TR30 screws (driver included) and the nuts are 10 mm. There are 10 rack nuts included.

No issues with the rack, I was sceptic when ordering for the stability and how strong the rack would be as it's adjustable but I have filled it with one full size switch, rack is extend to the max, one smaller switch and it's very strong.

So I can't be too critical because I'm a noob, and the pricing on this rack is really good. Major problem is either (1) I don't understand how the 1U standard works or (2) the Ubiquiti USW-24-POE switch does not follow the U standard sizing? I say this because the switch did not mount to this rack nicely, I needed to bend away the right arm enough so the mount bracket would line up with the holes. It's in there now and won't go anywhere, but that just doesn't seem right at all! Also, customer support was terrible, no one knew anything about the product. Next, I purchased this with the universal rack track (Cab-WMC10-5) on PrimeCables, and I know the reviews all talked about the fit not working (big surprise given my experience above lol!), but there were reviews saying it worked with the PrimeCables rack system, so I figured I would give it a try and of course it did not fit, so again, I had to get creative to make the shelf work. All in all, I have my setup complete, but honestly, it was more a PIA than it needed to be!

Very good quality, heavy gauge metal, reasonably priced. The only criticism i have, which is minor and a personal preference, is that the screws provided for mounting switches, patch panels, etc., are security screws. They do come with a wrench for them, but it would be handier if it was just a regular screw that you could use a screwdriver with.

There was only one drawback I noticed, I would have thought that a wall mount rack would have the mounting holes on 16" centers to meet standard stud spacing. This 4U unit has spacing of 16.5" center to center adding some difficulty to wall mounting.
