Perfect for my 23" monitors, clears up desk space that was taken up by the stock monitor stands.

I drilled a hole on my tabletop and set up this stand. This stand looks decent.

Works with the Acer AL1916 I have lying around. The included Allen key & Phillips Head combo was a nice touch but a wrench should've been included. Vertical monitor placement would've been impossible without a wrench. The monitor hasn't moved ever since I used a wrench to tighten it 2 weeks ago.

They changed this product from what they were selling last year (2018). I purchased two units in 2018 and they worked perfectly and are super stable. The one I just received this year (2019) had loose nuts, stripped screws and was shipped used even though I paid for a new product. Primecables is sending me another unit, free of charge, however I feel this review fairly reflects the burden you might have to go through if you purchase this product. Its a shame really since the prices are great on this website.

installed the one that friend gave to me; its been only two days so can't say much but so far it's been good. I ordered another one since I have two monitors but the screws that come screwed on desk clamp part cannot be unscrewed; this piece just could have been a lemon one. Will need to contact the customer service for a replacement

A little loose, but very good. I'm still waiting for my monitor to arrive. It's now an excellent headset holder and toilet paper scroll holder

Wow, for the price, this mount can't be beaten. I was very surprised to feel how sturdy the parts are, thick metal. The articulating joints can be tightened just enough to allow for smooth movement, just takes some finesse to achieve that. Absolutely no sag to speak of, great quality product, paired perfectly with a Primecables 27" monitor.
