I ahve this cartridge installed and now that it has reached approx the 75% remaining mark, I am getting blue smudges along the right side of the page. This happened to the last one I had but I just changed it for the new one, seems like there could be an issue with this batch of Cyan cartridges.

This cartridge has not been installed yet. When we have ordered these previously, they usually do not work. I have been opurchasing the genuine HP elsewhere and ahve no problems. I thought we would give these one another try before we stop ordering them all together.
