searched for an ipad mini 4 screen protector and this showed up... guess what??? doesn't fit the mini 4! false advertisement!!! this is my second disappointment with shoppers+... but overall, they're pretty good. so if ur looking for a mini 4 screen protector, this ISN'T IT.

black worked fine... but im having problems with yellow and magenta so far (*fingers crossed for cyan*). printer can't detect it. hopefully shopper+ can resolve this issue. otherwise, i haven't had any problems from any products from shopper+, till now.

Dear customer ,thanks for your kind reviews .Our supplier reported some Brother compatible ink with old chip could not be recognized by printer due to hardware upgrade, including LC203BKCMY/LC207BK/LC205CMY/LC209BK&LC10BKCMY/LC20BKCMY, on the printers, which were made after February 2016. So far, confirmed model is MFC-J480 by the supplier.Now all our stock are new chip.So when we received the defective ones from you,we can just replace them for you .I am sorry for the inconvenience caused .Thanks for your kind support!Best regards
