After dealing with the missing parts, which shopper+ was understanding and quick for an agreeable solution. The chair feels sturdy, solid, and comfortable. Given this is the third one I have bought and never had missing parts until now I'm fine with small delay in using my new chair. One of the three chairs I ordered I gave to a friend weighing in at 365 lbs, which he still uses to do this day (679 days later) I'd say it lives up to heavy duty title.

Works in the reclining chair that I'm using it for, would be nicer if it was a bit wider as my laptop doesn't allow much room for mouse next to it. If it were a bit wider it would also allow it to adjust up a little higher which would be nice.

Works. Looks better then my coat hanger antenna. Was hoping for a bit better signal, but given it's small size it does a good job.

Didn't originally come with all the parts, but after a quick email they sent out the missing bolts and wrench. Unfortunately they weren't careful about grabbing the correct bolts so I'm still unable to put it together the directions said it was suppose to have: 2 m8x25mm bolts 6 m8x30mm bolts 4 m8x55mm Instead I received 4 m8x20mm 4 m8x30mm 4 m8x55mm It's not the first time I've ordered a chair here, but it is the first time I've had issue. Main take away check all your parts to ensure you were in fact provided what you need.
