I used to buy just Canon Ink or the Brand Name, then along came G & G via 123Ink and due to the fast I had tried some other brands before that were just colored water I was hesitant. At any rate I tried 123 for several printers and fax film, etc., and found they made a product with the chip in, worked just as good as OEM and service was excellent. Since I now buy my ink requirements, that of family members etc., and all like it. Just keep on making quality products as you have gained another loyal customer, and "It Works".

Buy this all the time as well as color in a Canon IP2700 and it is a much better price than alternative and better than the water colors most sell at fantastic deals (you still have to pay a price for quality). Works great, son and now grandson use in for work and school and find it great. RCV

Excellent, used it now several times, works with Canon IP Printers, all the printer features work and show ink levels, why bother chasing colored water for a superb product at a reasonable price that works as well as Canon OEM. I won't be here in 100 yrs to see if it faded a bit, but quality is superb - why bother with the junk stuff. And you know when its coming and how - communication ! Keep up the good work, see they have many other products, time a Canadian company can show they can match anyone when they work. RCV, PE, OPT

I have used printers as well as staff for decades, mostly Canon, some Epson, ink was cheap and good quality. Paper makes a difference too. As a Professional it had to be the right mix. As Canon went to what sells to the public well, I went more professional with equipment and no all in one things. I also do a lot on line, I value my time but I want honesty. I tried for a while Amazon and they had some good things, but as time went by the pictures of what you ordered were not what you got, it was not worth the hassle. To me a false add, not just done by mistake, and I guess its today's work, I in my capacity treat it as more serious to the point of knowingly being taken - misrepresentation by default as a way of life. I finally had to change, no I did not want 100 prints with Canon Inks, but I wanted good items that worked. So I tried 123, with ink and am very happy, the product with the chip protection is not the cheapest but a good saving and it does what I want - I don't know anyone who would be not happy. The service is also excellent. As time goes by I may expand to other things with even equipment or other fields. No I am not demeaning Amazon, they have a top spot, but most when they get there many times just get sloppy - today that does not pay. Customer Trust is lost - it hard to get back. I may not be scared to call a spade a spade versus just let it fester and move - I had a reason - I told them - and I did - simple. Keep up with a good product,, excellent service, communication, and you can charge your extra cost - people for the most part just want to not be taken whether by mistake or not. And we all make mistakes, those are one thing, multiple pictures of nothing similar product after product is costly - take seriously what is fair being said by others who have been around for some time. So here is a tip of the hat - Happy New Year - keep up the good work - it can only pay dividends for all. It can be a good 2015, lets keep up the good work. Regards, RCV, OPT, PE.
