i could not find them in the boxes that were sent so not sure what happened to them i checked a few times but they were not there

not working and have tried calling several times but no one answers call. the directions that come with the ink cartridges on how to make them work in an HP printer are so small even using a magnifying glass that magnifies the lettering cannot make them large enough to be seen
