Machine à pain en acier inoxydable, machine à pain XL programmable 25-en-1 2LB - LIVINGbasics®

5/5

I love this bread machine having many functions especially DIY mode. The functions are neatly organised in categories from breads, to dough, to bake and specialty like jam, meat floss, pickle. I got good results by following the provided recipes. Digital scale is recommended as ingredients are given in grams. The jam function pre-heats the ingredients before starting to stir. So for making jams with egg ingredient, (such as pandan coconut egg jam "Kaya") you can "pre-blend" the ingredients using the initial knead cycle of bread or cake function, otherwise the egg white will be lumpy. Although don't try the meat floss function, you will regret it. It splashes and makes a big mess in the machine. I have to wipe down everything, including dismantling the cover :) Overall, an economical, versatile and capable machine.
