I like the dock and the design. It works well and looks good. I'm not convinced that the 2A connections actually put out 2A all the time (at devices request). I have only had it a short while and there's been a couple of instances where an HP Windows tablet and Samsung Phone displayed messages that the device was slow charging. Additionally, the cables supplied with the charger do NOT support 2A charging. When I use those cables I for sure will not get a fast charge out of the 2A ports. Overall, I still like it, but if I know I NEED a device to quick charge then I wait and look at the display to ensure that it's in fast charge mode and getting the 2A it wants.

Although this item is "reversible" in that the cable can be plugged in either way, it only actually charges if it is plugged in "the right way". I am using this with a Samsung Galaxy S7 and it will only charge if I plug the micro USB end in so that the "prime cables" logo is facing up. This defeats the whole purpose of me not having to think about alignment when plugging in like when using an Apple lightning cable. I suppose the other possibility is that I got a semi-defective cable.
