I keep several of these around the house so I'm never bothered by a compatibility issue with usb connectors. Very handy ! No connection/data transfer issues so far.

It's bigger than I thought it would be, which is great ! Very sturdy, very stable and the center rollers are smooth to roll on while providing perfect foot massage. The pressure on my lowerback has been instantly relieved and I wish I bought this sooner.

Quite satisfied by the build quality, the steel is thick. especially the clamp and the tolerances are tight. The gas cylinders hold up very well so far and are easy to adjust. I was able to mount my 31.5" Dell screen on it without any problems + my laptop so I'm quite happy about it. The included Laptop stand is very sturdy, easy to assemble and the retaining clip mechanism is adjustable and lockable. My only concern with it is that depending on your laptop layout, the side clamps near the top of the base of the laptop could interfere with ports but I haven't explored if these clamps can be moved to the bottom section of the laptop support plate. Minor point about the VESA mount being hard to adjust by hand before putting on the screen, and lack of quick-release clamp could make the installation easier, but that's really not a big deal.

Fixed an accidentally snipped cable for a router's power supply that I could not find a replacement for. Love the sealant included in the tubing that makes the whole repair stick together even more.
