I like the fact that I found the item I have been looking for. Your site is OK, with a couple of bumps. Had to look for the sign ' start shopping' Did not find it on the page of cartridge selection. Went for the basket I almost finished my shopping when I noticed that the shipping address is wrong as it is filled in. Unit number and Street name as it is requested does not make sense. I had to stop the process and think it over. I opened my account and did not know what to do. Called your support #. I then entered both, the unit and the building numbers so the Shipping would know where to deliver.
