One of my cartridges malfunctioned PC Photo Cyan. Looks to be plastic gasket where probe gets the ink . PC ink cartridge seems to lock in then pops out. Unfortunately unable to print photos til I get this order. Wondering if I could get replacement for the damaged NP-C-0029 PC ink cartridge? I want to thank you for the G&G for use PIXMA Pro 1 (Canon) printer ink. Haven't had problem with your products until now..

I like dealing with your company. I haven't had any problems with your mustache cartridges until now. Let me know if you want the two failed cartridges returned and if you do send me a free shipping label. I will tape over the areas that need to be sealed and tape the bag closed on each cartridge.
