I found this a very awkward, time-consuming transaction. First, I couldn't log in and asked for a password re-set that never got sent. There did not appear to be a guest check-out like many other sites have. Then, my valid credit card was declined...although this is the card linked to Pay Pal which went through. I have to say, I am questioning future purchases with this site.

Customer service was great! Gabriel helped us in processing the return for a genuine brother toner although there is no return once OEM toners are opened. We got the refund within 7 business days including the delivery time which was awesome! We have been purchasing genuine toners from this website for over a year now and collected almost 30K S-Points which we can then redeem for store credits... haven't redeemed yet, but hope the experience will be good. Also the OEM toners over here is over $15 to $20 cheaper from other stores. Keep up the good work!!
