I purchased printer cartridges. I appreciate your wide range of available products, including original and replacement cartridges, regular and xl xll sizes, individual and combo presentation. It is also nice to get ax small gift. And the prices seem quite good. But I hated using the website and may not repeat. It is so overfull, terribly distracting with messages jumping in and out, gifts, special offers, etc. One cannot easily get an overview of what one has already ordered (and the print is small and jumping screens defeat short term memory). It's not clear how to make an entire order, then check it and make any changes (as I did - because I was not aware at the beginning of XXL and combo orders). Once you click on something, the item disappears into the cart. Someone like me who has little time, knows what they want, but still needs info. to make decisions about single vs combo, regular vs. xxl format, etc. , feels irritated and overwhelmed. Also, I needed to leave my desk several times, and it was difficult to find my place when I came back. I might be older than your average customer, but there must be many others who don't function well with a hyperactive website.

Semble se commander facilement, mais j'attend de voir les délais de livraison promis....

Shipping was way wrong. I added another blueline daytimer book ($3.00) and the shipping increases by over $30.00) so I left my order at one.

I ran out of black ink for my printer and had to buy a cartridge at Walmart (cheapest around). Because the XL cartridge at Staples was $54 and knew I was going to be a first order customer at 123ink.ca I went for the regular black cartridge and still paid $28. The Black XL cartridge at 123ink.ca is $10. My daughter had unknown to my wife and I been happily using 123ink.ca for some time now. Thanks!
