You never ask if wish to redeem points. when I started the order there was an offer for 8.88% off. When I completed my shopping it was no longer there. bill.

great website and great prices.

Should have told me about shipping costs before paying for it (PayPal), rather than saying free shipping. Free shipping and picking up at a metro are not the same thing.

Added a Visa Debit Card (in US$) to method of payment. No indication that this was accepted or rejected. What happened as I did enter as on the Visa Debit Card entry location. Is this card being charged? How can I pay with the Visa Debit Card?

Ralph H, Ontario, 18 février, 2018

Cancelled my first order because I thought PayPal had paid a different entity 123 Inkjet, by mistake... When I re-ordered I saw that you were under the same umbrella... If I get a second cable, that's OK... ;)

I appreciated the Live Help feature and respondent Jasmine who answered all my questions on toner cartridges.

Easy

Il devrait y avoir un endroit pour indiquer des directives pour les livraisons ex : toujours fermé les lundis pas de réception... ou ouvert à compter de 11h a.m. merci d'ajouter cette option pour les prochaines commandes si possible.

If this cable works with this lame Roland, that only has one stereo 1/4" output, I will be happy as a clam... might even order a second one later, for backup!

Jacqueline Lemieux

There was soo much more choice before for lighttingbox products. Sad to see there is not much left

Sophie T, Quebec, 18 février, 2018

Good service! The problem is that i ordered cartriges for my HP printer (remanufactured Moustache) and they don't work well, like if their wouldn't be ink left in them. I have printed around 20 pages and it ran out of ink (black ink).

Leonard L, Quebec, 18 février, 2018

très bien

Bernard G, Quebec, 18 février, 2018

Quick and easy, this is my first time using remanufactured cartridges

Laurie G, Manitoba, 18 février, 2018

Always have and always will remain a good customer to 123 Ink...outstanding products and service!

Steve M, Quebec, 17 février, 2018

I like very much how the departments such as Ink Cartridges and Cables are linked to one cart. In all the years that I've shopped here I've only had 1 ink cartridge that didn't work.

Glen C, Ontario, 17 février, 2018

J'apprécie la rapidité de votre réponse. H.B.

Henri B, Quebec, 17 février, 2018

Would not let me use free shopping code 123INKFS?
