I had stocked up on knock off ink for my printer and none of the cartridges will work. The previous batch worked but the last ones did not. Unabl3 to inser properly ; the one that was inserted properly received a message ink level not sufficient. A big waste of $$. It may be that Brother doesn’t like this and is remotely creating a problem..??... Also my printer MFC4620DC IS NOT PART OF YOUR PRINTER SELECTION LIST. It was there and th3n disappeared in the list. i purchased a brother drum dr1039 on September 19,2017 on invoice number34203658 and every once in a while after installing and I start to print a message shows up replace drum. It does not do it all the time but just once in awhile. It started doing it after I probably had printed a possible 250 pages. THIS IS WHY I HAVE ORDERED ANOTHER DRUM AS I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT FOR OUR MAIL SERVICE IN THE CASE THE DRUM DOES DEFAULT ONE DAY.
