You advertise that we can have free shipping on goods over 19.98 or 10% off all weekend but the fine print adds that it is not for on sale merchandise. It should be clearly stated. Fortunately I had more that $49 worth of goods. But next time.......

You are doing ok so far. However, the confirmation email I received is a bit of a mess. The items are listed but the thumbnails do not download. There are square PrimeCables logos at the end of each line. Then, below that, the items are listed again but this time the thumbnails do show. There are logos with the words Prime Cables at the beginning of each line but no logos at the end. Then there is an invitation to download a smartphone app followed by the whole thing again in French although this time the thumbnails do show for both sets of item descriptions. Every item is listed 4 times. My suggestion would be to have the item descriptions only once and in the language for customers who have indicated their language preference.
