I received an email from you last week offering a MISSU20 20% off deal. I wasn't able to purchase in the 3-day window you offered me. I called your customer service desk today to ask if they would still honour the 20% off deal. They said No, but there was a Happy sale offered. I spent considerable time placing my order, only to find that the Happy149 didn't apply to my branded items ordered. That was annoying. I reduced my order by over half as a result.
