After ordering dozens of times from here, and absolutely every time I use the same billing address (I only have one since it has to match my credit card), it took me many tries to change my billing address to the correct one, and ended up typing it in manually again. Changing shipping address was easy, but after careful examination of the ordering pages, and going through from start to finish multiple times, there was no easy way to change my shipping address to the stored address that's always used.

Your shopping cart does not work very well. I always have to go around in circles clicking "Add to cart" and going to checkout and it tells me there is nothing in my cart. Eventually it shows up in my cart, usually multiple quantities. This is not just this time, every time the last several times I have ordered. I really would like to know what is wrong or have you fix your website.
