This is my first order. We were referred to you by John-Paul Pronovost in Keremeos, so if you want to credit him with points, that would be fantastic. We will refer others to you as this appears to be a very organized plan and easy to order, but the proof will be in the product. John-Paul says it is great. Will our HP recognize that it is not a genuine cartridge, because when we replace a new cartridge, we always get the message that we have inserted a new one and we can continue?

Disappointed that while you ship free you apply a 5% handling charge. That defeats the purpose of free shipping and adds to the cost.

One question--I just ordered a 3-pack of colour ink for our Brother printer. Just wondering why the colours are not sold individually? We still have 2 Cyan ink packs here but needed the others. Now I will have 4 packs of Cyan ink. Thanks for attention to this question. Terry Motley
