I'm so happy I found 123 Cartridges - you have saved me a lot of dough and the products are totally compatible with my printers. There is a pretty big difference in paying $90 for ONE cartridge and $50 for two!!!

Still waiting for order number 33927232 that was shipped Mar 8. I have been back and forth with Crystal with your customer support and she has been helpful. It's really more of an issue with Canpar, not Shopper+ - Canpar's tracking page still says the estimated delivery date is Mar 13 by the end of the day. The last communication I sent to Crystal requested that the order be re-shipped. On this recent order (33954771), I requested it be shipped to my closest Canada Post office just to avoid Canpar. I won't be ordering in the future if Canpar is the shipper.

This is my second purchase. The first one was delivered faster than expected, cartridges were recognized by the Epson printer immediately, and the output color is superb. Now I am buying ink for my other printer (HP). So far you are great. Thank you!

kept on having issues with the card being declined, this happened when placing both orders. The first time the live help was able to push the order through by entering order manually. The second order I placed I called in because the live help was having delays as well as the phone support was delayed. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get through to customer support. This agent was able to correct the problem with processing my credit card. She re-entered the card information as she said there was 3 credit cards on my account. After she resolve the problem I then tried processing my order and it did go through. Hopefully in the new orders I place in the future will go through without any problems.
