My last order of re-manufactured canon 245xl (Moustasche} was not accepted in my printer. Previous re-manufactured cartridges (G&G) worked fine as well as Canon 245. It has been a greatly troublesome and I hesitate to order your re-manufactured cartridges again. I have just ordered a Canon at more expense and trouble to me. You are snail mailing me a return shipping label after it was suggested I PRINT one out with the printer that won't work with said cartridge. Valuable printing time lost. I am not happy!

I am giving it one more try. So far, your cartridges have ruined my Brother 495 MFC printer and one HP web printer. Seems, after some time it just clogs up the print head ( as in Brother MFC495) Computers are my hobby, I have 5, I also have 6 printers. So I look at these setbacks as cost of doing business. However, as I said in the beginning, there is a point of no return.
