I selected PO delivery and figured the postal code was sufficient. apparently not and the error message was not obvious and I kept clicking the next button for payment and of course, nothing happened. Otherwise the transaction went smoothly.

You sent me an email with a coupon expiry date of Oct 21 shown but I had to fight just to get that price because when I chatted with Jasmine (who was friendly and informative and did a good job of meeting my shopping needs), she told me that the coupon had "expired". This was on October 20. You can check her chat record for the 20th of Oct at 11:43 am. I had to ask about false advertising to get the rate I finally got.

The process was fine. I knew what I was looking for and was pleased with the price of the item. Was not so happy with the shipping charge or the tax. Was also pleased to see that I had points / a credit that I could use to discount my overall purchase price. I hit the button to apply the discount and saw that the credit amount I had accumulated be deducted from the account. HOWEVER I did not see the discount applied to the charge at final check out.
