Excellent ordering process

This is my second order from 123. The first order was for a combo set of black, cyan, magenta and yellow colours of remanufactured ink cartridges and a separate black ink cartridge. I found the order easy to enter and the items arrived the very next day. The remanufactured cartridges performed just a well as the original manufacturer's product. I am very happy with them. I did have a bit of a problem with my second order. I wanted the same combo, plus one each of additional cyan, magenta and yellow. I could not find these in the scroll down list, so called customer service - no problem, just enter the cartidge number in the "find" box. I did that and only the black came up - no colours. I then found I had to enter the cartridge number and the colour to get the proper cartridge to come up. Had to do this separately for each colour. Another thing, on checkout/review your order, I found it difficult to confirm the colour cartidges. Hope the right ones arrive.

So far so good. I'd rather you ask after the order comes through. It mentions that you will use an alternative carrier to Canada Post in light of the strike, so I am really hoping this comes through!
