The last time I ordered these cartridges - I used your G & G brand - I was sent the wrong size. This time I ordered the original HP brand. I have never had a problem with your brand before, but when I opened my last order, the print cartridge - although way too large to fit my printer, was labelled incorrectly. And of course I was in the midst of printing off some important paperwork and had to run out to find the correct one cartridge at a local business. I am sincerely hoping that this time, I am sent the correct cartridge.

The experience is great, except I have to Google for a coupon as a return customer. If the coupon you proved is used to attract new customer, there is no reason you do not directly give it to a return customer. Imagine the sadness of a return customer if he/she realizes he/she could save by google the coupon!
