I'm still here. I'd still recommend you. but I'm frustrated. The service is great, if a little impersonal; sometimes one just wants to hear "I'm sorry you're having such trouble with this" or something. 5 bad red cartridges in a row has been beyond frustrating. I'll give you another chance; but switch brands. Service is 4.5; product quality is around a 2.5 now.

I finally was able to place an order after two days trying. When I tried to go to checkout I got a "Page not found" message. I tried live chat and was told your site is running OK. Did I try FireFox? No luck with Firefox also. I suspect that your site is not accepting Windows 10. Shutting down the fire wall and anti virus was no help. I am familiar with your site as I have been a customer for years. I was finally able to place the order by using an old laptop running Windows XP.

Overall very good shopping experience. The only thing I did not like is the popup window that opens each time I add an item to the cart. The window offers a bunch of other items that I don't want to see at that moment. If you add only one item to the cart that in not too bad but when you add several items it gets annoying.
