I wanted to order individual colors. So I'd select a cartridge, then I'd select how many I wanted then hit add to cart. The screen changed and showed my cart. Then I hit "continue shopping" and it took me back to the main page whereupon I had to go through the select copier process etc.

I really appreciate the Ink and Toner Finder option which allowed me to quickly and accurately order the corrent toner for my printer. Also, the selection alerted me to the high yield version which I did not know was an option so I ordered that which = a higher sale value for you and better productivity for me! Really liked the ordering simplicity and the ability to pay through PayPal.
