I FIND THE NEW ORDERING PROCEDURE VERY CONFUSING. HAVING TO GO BACK AFTER EACH SELECTION IS VERY TIME CONSUMING. WITHOUT A WIDE SCREEN, THE CONSUMER MUST MOVE BACK AND FORTH TO SEE ALL. THE OLD METHOD WAS MUCH BETTER FOR ME FOR SURE.

Ordered from you before was told item would be shipped out of Vancouver and that it would take 3 days. Item was shipped out of Motreal and didn't leave until 1 week later. Its going on 3 weeks and still haven't received it. Shipping needs to be upgraded.

Every time you put a promo with either % off or $ off promo, I never qualify due to your Low profrit or OEM policy. It seems like it is false advertising! The title of the promo entices us to buy, only to find out that on the end we pay the full Price. (I applied the "BFCABLE 5 DISCOUNT OVER $50, AND DID' NOT QUALIFY)
