Odd that free shipping wouldn't apply to the pre-discounted order amount--I used a 10% discount code, only to then be charged the same amount for shipping. No point in using the code then, is there?

I came to your today to take advantage of your free shipping offer, but this discovered that the HDMI cable I needed to purchase to receive free shipping was supposedly "out of stock". I had to contact your Customer Service Department, via your online chat service, who provided me with an alternate coupon code for free shipping. Frankly I feel like I've been baited! We both know that it should NOT be necessary for your customers to purchase a specific item in order to receive free shipping.

The thing that brought me to your site is your 5 Hour Crazy $0.99 deal offered through your email. I was able to add the cables to my cart and apply the coupon code - deal99. On checkout, however, it tells me that the item is out of stock and needs to be removed from the cart. And of course, removing the cables, removed the free shipping deal. Once an item is added to the cart, they should be reserved for the purchaser - that's how everybody else does it. You should fix this....

This is my 2nd order, so we'll see. Last time I ordered something that was listed on the website as in stock, but it wasn't. So I had to wait three weeks (and the website never ever said anything other than "in stock"). On the plus side, the price was right, and it shipped quickly when it came back in stock. Website is easy to navigate and work with.
