Never got the chance to say thank you from a month ago. I placed an "Urgent" order at about 2pm on Thursday, and it delivered to us early Friday morning! The customer service team was amazing and save us so much money by not having to buy ink at one of the big retailers! You've always been great, and have earned out business!

You guys are either magical or you have some serious stroke at Canada Post. We ordered phone cases on Wednesday, Dec. 19. I was expecting them just after New Year's Day, you promised Dec. 27 and we actually got them on Dec. 24. Bravo!! After searching hard for ink replacements for an older printer I happened on your site through a Google search. Noting this was a Quebec based company, with access to generic replacements for my printer, I put in an order for 15 cartridges on September 21. I received them in the mail today, September 25. Those of us that have received speedy service and have saved over a hundred dollars compared to staples, are only too willing to help you gain a foothold and survive against the big boys. I will personally endeavor to assist your survival as I cannot afford the price of 5 cartridges times 30 dollars. Nuff Said! Excelsior. Companies like yours can beat the odds and become the standard.
