Hello, I purchased toner for my Samsung colour laser printer on Monday night. I was frantic because I had a ton of items to print off related to my upcoming wedding and needed the toner by Thursday. Madam/Sir, I received the ink cartridges I ordered today. I purchase a lot of computer related parts online but I can't recall when an order has been filled, shipped and delivered as fast as this one. Less than two business days to complete the process is simply amazing. The ink cartridges are great too. The colour is every bit as good as OEM cartridges without the inflated OEM prices. I want to express how impressed I am by your company's service and practices!! I posted a query on a Saturday and it was answered fully & clearly on Sunday night. I then placed a web order that same night and received the goods in-hand by Wednesday (packed extremely well, I might add). I've now installed the toner cartridge and it gives perfect quality printouts. All told, I spent less than 40% of what it would have cost me to buy an original Samsung cartridge.
