This is my second order because my initial order was canceled by the Primecables. The reason given to me was because my shipping and billing addresses differ. Indeed they are different, but that's because I wanted to ship to a pick up retailer (Penguin Pickup). I probably wouldn't mind so much if that policy was stated clearly during the checkout flow. Why couldn't you have detected the difference and warned me before I submitted the order? After it was canceled I had to use the search box to look up all of my items again to recreate the shopping cart. Also I was asked to use PayPal, which I prefer not to do (but it's not a dealbreaker).
