Pentel® Energel Permanent Gel Ink Retractable Ballpoint Pen, 0.5mm, Blue

With its low viscosity liquid gel ink, the EnerGel formula is often quicker to dry and has a smoother flow than ordinary gel ink that gives a similar sensation to liquid ink.
