The bag is excellent. I ended up returning this one because it didn't arrive in time for a trip I was taking but I feel the need to submit this review to say how impressed I was with the customer service for the return. I was able to communicate by email, in real time, with a real person who was not following a script and took care of everything. I've ordered from shopper+/123InkCartridges before because of the great prices and now I know they have great customer service too!

I like this case, however, when carring a tripod, the tripod strap is a bit too low and which might be a bit troublesome, it would be better if the tripod can be placed on the top of the bag, other than that, this backpack is a great item !

The Lowepro Flipside 300 Camera backpack is an excellent well made item. It can carry a small amount of camera equipment safely, securely and comfortably all day. That being said I found it just a little too small for my needs, (I thought the 400 would be too big and I now think I may have been wrong). If you have a half frame camera, one more lens, a small flash, and some batteries and cables along with a small tripod then this is an excellent bag for you. If you have any more then that, I would try to find something just a little bit larger. I am going to try the 400 soon as I think it will fit my needs better.
