Was able to install this for a elderly neighbor who had a very narrow base to place the TV on that previously with factory feet from the TV had wobbled and broke from a fall. This provided a very stable base for the TV and added a bit more height which was a pro as she preferred her disc player to be just below the TV.

great stand - easy to install, works nicely. I misplaced my old 'built in stand' for a TV that was wall mounted for a few years. The legs are wobbly and cheap. They also stick out a tremendous amount at the back, which rendered them completely unusable for me. I guess this is to be expected at this price point, but it's pretty rough.
