I cannot play with the joycons anymore after trying this! The only thing to keep in mind is a recommendation I found in an Amazon review: "First time, connect it to the Switch with the cable, then you can remove the cable and sync them." I was having hard time (i.e. could not) synchronizing it with the Switch, when I read the above tip, I tried it... it worked like a charm and hasn't stopped working for months!
