I ordered this same ink 2 or three months ago. I told the shipping company to send it to Metaldog Machines which is a depot in Rocky Mountain House. and they said they would. Then they shipped it back to Shopper+. I talked to a representative at Shoppers + and they told me they would reship it. They did not. I have been without my printer now for over a month and some of my Christmas stuff was delayed because I could not use it. I am not very happy. I will try this order one more time so I hope it goes well.
