This was my first shopping experience with no glitches. I even set up an account in order to benefit from the 10% storage supplies discount, and it worked, no issues. I liked that, after ordering, there is an opportunity to make a last-second change, that your customer service team is available (24H, Monday to Friday) and that I have the opportunity to cancel my order + free returns. Almost like Amazon, almost ;) Not certain about the return/refund policies and definitely do not like the restocking fee if returning non-defective items though. I do expect to shop around on your site in future your pricing being competitive, however, these policies could be a dealbreaker.

In order to place an order on your site, I had to try 3 different browsers. First I tried Firefox, and it got to the point of entering my shipping address, but then when I clicked "next" nothing happened, and the status bar just said javascript;void(0). Tried edge, same result. Chrome worked. It is very weird that edge didn't work but Chrome did, as I was using the latest version of Chromium Edge.
