Lots of bugs in your checkout software. If one enters an invalid COUPON CODE the whole dialogue hangs up. The checkout dialogue really needs to be tested thoroughly ie user errors, unexpected actions etc. It looks like it has barely been test at all. I am sure you are using SALES due to the frustration of nontechnical users who get frustrated and just go to another site to make their purchaes. A WORD TO THE WISE ....etc etc... Daniel in Montreal
