I recently checked my loyalty points balance. I was saving up 76,000 points to get a $100 credit to use towards Christmas gifts this year. I am not happy that the point system was changed recently without notification. When I went to pay, I discovered I only had enough points for a credit of $50 instead of $100, so I deleted half the items from my shopping cart. This was really disappointing to discover at the moment I was ready to pay for the items. Some advance notice would have been appreciated so I wouldn't get excited and disappointed at the end.
