Your process for redeeming S-Points is NOT obvious!! There should be a flag in the checkout window requesting if client wants to redeem S-points which then brings clkient to page for redeeming the points from client account. Then window should bring client back into checkoput page to place the order.

second time I ordered, great cartridges and quick delivery. 1 minor problem the 1st time, counter had not been reset on 1 cartridge, so it was showing as empty. Reset the counter and I was printing in seconds
