I have always had your company use couriers that deliver my purchases right to my door. When I give you my address I expect the items to be delivered to my door as they have been before. I have been purchasing from your company for years and never before has one of your couries dropped off my parcels at the wrong address. Won ever you used this time dropped off my purchase to the lovcal post office,.I don't use the post office as they are always on strike. and you have my address on file so why did this courier drop off my purchase at plank road (the post office) If this happens adain I'm sorry to say that I will have to change where I purchase my supplies. This is an inconvenience as the post office here does not deliver mail to thier customers we have to go in to pick up our mail and we have no idea when mail arrives. Needless to say I want to buy Canadian , however since you have my address and your couriers have been great in the past may I suggest that the next time I order you send my purchase to my address with UPS or a reliiable service and NEVER AGAIN DROP OFF AT THE POST OFFCE. I'm very sorry that this has happened and I hope that I can keep buying from you;Please in the furture send to my address that you have on file.
