I just ordered compatible inkjet cartridges and had to choose between two options that had identical specs except for price (big difference) and packaging (small difference). Neither product revealed a brand name (i.e., neither was Moustache). I had to phone customer service, and I was told that the ink was different; that if I were not printing photographs, I could use the less expensive option. I think that the website descriptions, which were identical, could have been more helpful to the consumer who is trying to make an educated choice. Thank you.

ceaseless asking for my password. Tried to make a simple order and kept going backward. Has never happened before. Oh, and when I first tried to sign in would not accept my password for Prime Cables and was suppose to be for all three. I have changed my password and hopefully the next time this one will work. Not sure what is happening. But I do like your prices and will continue to shop here.

A bit of trouble finding the product I was looking for. Kodak printers don't appear in the drop-down list but I found the type that I think is compatible. Will see when they arrive. How do I return if not the ones we need?

Kept asking me to confirm the CV code, I put it in and it kept saying one less try. Why I don't know, it is the same one I have always used. I had to use my personal card which does not make me happy.

Your setting up an account procedure Sucks!!! I did not know I had gotten it set up until I found an email from you an hour after I did it.
