Good. Little irritations like, I had my password written down but wouldn't take so had to change it. I wanted to edit my credit card's expiry date so pressed edit but had to re-enter my #. I also had a pink cartridge leak in my printer but such good pricing did not want to ship back...but overall, still good shopping and pricing. Thank you.

Price for original ink is the same as retail and the reconditioned cartidges are hit and miss for Epson products.
