The number 1 reason that I keep coming back to this site is I can easily see what I last ordered! 4 years of data!!! Number 2 is the prices are better than anywhere else! Number 3 is if there is a problem with a product (I've only had this happen once in 4 years) they reply right away and fix the issue. I will continue to buy my ink & cables from this company!

Process was fairly good however I was unable to edit my Bill-To address at checkout, nor is there a way to flag one in profile. I kept receiving a javaerror in bottom left of browser; same result on both Chrome and Firefox. Order successfully processed with Ship-To address.
