I am just puzzled why the purchase of remanufactured HP92 and HP93 combo at $19.49 is more expensive by $0.52 than purchasing same individually at $8.99 and $9.99, respectively. I would have thought by purchasing a combo pack that it would be less expensive instead. Otherwise, everything was great.

When I print my Order Confirmation, I do NOT want to print your suggested items I may like and use 2 sheets of paper. Wasted ink! Wasted paper! What about the environment?

What is the Shopper+Family Password. I trried to enter a password twice but it is rejected and I am told that I will only have 3 more chances to enter my Shopper+Family Password correctly. I am confused.

Bonjour, Je suis toujours satisfait des commandes que j'ai pu passer auprès de vous (prix et qualité des produits, rapidité de préparation de la commande). Alors pourquoi vous noter 4 au lieu de 5 ? Parce que vous faites maintenant appel à UPS. La dernière commande a été reçue avec plusieurs jours de retard pour une histoire de code postal. UPS est bien la première entreprise de livraison qui n'arrive pas à nous trouver soit disant parce que le code postal n'est pas le bon. Tout est bon de votre côté, ça cloche à partir du moment ou le colis passe entre les main d'UPS (j'ai, à plusieurs reprises, eu des problèmes avec eux). Bonne journée.
