We recommend that you clarify how to apply the store credit on your CART page where it show PROCEED TO CHECK OUT or PAY WITH PAYPAL EXPRESS. It is not obvious that one has to choose the PROCEED TO CHECK OUT option. In fact this must be the second time at least that I need to call your Customer Support to help me with applying the store credit.

I went to where I had originally purchased ink from you. This was a package of all four colours. It indicated that you were out of ink for the hp 8620 printer. I thought this was odd. So I emailed you to find out when they would be in stock. The response I got was they did not understand my question. I repeated this inquire three times without any getting a reasonable response. Then you email me to indicate that the ink was in stock. thanks for your help. Fred Linkins
