The only thing I would ask is DO NOT put so much advertising on your invoices!! It wastes a lot of paper, trying to print them off, and maybe ask the customer if they want it in English or French, but NOT both!! Thank You and please, let me save a few trees, the same as you are doing!

Too many shipping glitches. Placed my previous order and it took forever to receive even though I live in Montreal. Way too slow and no feedback from you when I called and they told me that one item was not in stock and they never advised me nor advised if I wanted balance of order shipped and ship missing item later. Amateurish.
